Refund Policy

Individual Refund Policy (Summer)

100% Refund given if:

Child moves/is moving away before the start of the season
Season ending injury occurs before the season starts.

$10.00 Retention fee if:

Child chooses not to play before the 1^st game for any reason other than above.

50% Refund if:

One (1) game has been played before child quits.

25% Refund if:

Two (2) games have been played before child quits.

No Refund if:

Three (3) or more games have been played and child quits.

Team Refund Policy (Fall Team Registration)

100% before team registration is over.
50% before advertised league start date.
No refund after advertised league start date.

LATE FEES ASSESSED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Any 16 & under, 18 & under, Juvenile II or Junior players will have the $10.00 retainable fee waived should they decide not to play before their first (1^st) game. This is due to the fact that we require them to register in January, but they do not start their season until the end of May.
