To review the Administrator, Administrative Assistant,, Field Maintenance Supervisor, Umpire in Chief, Field Maintenance workers, Concession Leaders, Concession Cashiers, and Umpires performance and salary on a yearly basis
Develop and review SPAA long range plans and present to the Board
Plus any other applicable supervisors or committee chair people.
Review the receipts and checkbook at year end and ensure that there are no discrepancies
Review internal processes
Once a year determine and prioritize the improvements/needs of SPAA Fields
Present recommendations to the board & Budget Committee
Resolve unforeseen field issues during the season
Development of long range property plans and field development.
Develop two and five year objectives and present recommendation to the board & Budget Committee
Collect suggested rule changes from managers
Develop additional rule changes/additions/deletions
Present findings to the board

Coordinate the inventory and ordering of SPAA equipment including recommendations to the board on equipment needs and budget
Arrange for the pickup/delivery of new equipment for the vendor
Establish dates for equipment handout and turn in and solicit volunteers to be present at each

Attend Team Ranking meeting and adjust final rankings

Conduct umpire meetings as necessary

Establish Strategic advertising direction of the league.
Determine the proper marketing tools needed to position our brand.
